Brittney Dowdy
Battle Creek, MI
Brittney R. Dowdy is a Michigan-based community leader, communications professional, and advocate for youth, families, and underserved communities. With over 20 years of experience across leadership, media production, and community initiatives, she is the founder of Britdow Productions, a platform amplifying faith-based inspiration and youth empowerment, and co-founder of B&B Blitz, a mother-son sports and mentorship program that has impacted hundreds of children and families. Raised by a single parent and a single mother herself, Brittney is deeply committed to creating opportunities that break cycles of limitation through education, exposure, and mentorship.

Bentley Dowdy

Bentley A. Dowdy is a motivated young leader active in sports, media, and entrepreneurship. He is a multi-sport athlete, a youth entrepreneur as owner of We Cut People Grass LLC, and a co-founder and ambassador of B² (B-Squared), promoting youth leadership and community service. Bentley has also received notable recognition, including being featured as the Detroit Lions Kid Player of the Opening Game in 2025 and appearing in Woman’s World Magazine, reflecting his growing impact and commitment to inspiring others.

Annette Webb
Benton Harbor
Annette Webb is a lifelong youth advocate, community leader, and dedicated public servant whose commitment to young people began at the age of nine and has continued for generations. Known and loved across the community, Annette has spent her life uplifting youth, supporting families, and strengthening opportunities for future leaders. A proud native of Benton Harbor, Michigan, Annette is a graduate of Jordan College, where she earned a degree in Computer Science. She currently serves as a Supervisor for the Benton Harbor Housing Commission, where she works daily to support residents, improve housing stability, and promote community well-being. Annette is the President of B² Squared Foundation, where her passion for youth development, education, and equity is central to the organization’s mission. An avid and experienced grant writer, she plays a critical role in providing advice and counsel that will allow the foundation to expand programs and reach underserved children and families. In addition to her professional and nonprofit leadership, Annette is a devoted mother of one and grandmother of one.

Tommy Moton Jr.

Tommy Moton Jr. serves as the Board Treasurer for B2 B-Squared Foundation bringing a career defined by integrity, fiscal discipline, and a deep-seated commitment to Calhoun County Area. With over five years of experience in board governance, Tommy specializes in financial oversight and strategic sustainability, ensuring the organization remains a transparent and effective steward of its resources. Tommy’s leadership is informed by a distinguished 22-year career in law enforcement, a tenure that instilled a rigorous approach to accountability and community service. This foundation of public service continues through his current roles as a City Commissioner for the Calhoun County Zone Planning Commission.

Renee Dowdy

Minister Renee Dowdy, raised in Benton Harbor, Michigan, is a graduate of Kalamazoo Valley College and Lake Michigan College. She is the host of the podcast Biblical Nuggets with Minister Dowdy, where she delivers powerful, practical teachings designed to encourage, educate, and strengthen believers in their walk of faith. Minister Dowdy currently resides in Battle Creek, Michigan, where she continues to serve faithfully in ministry and community leadership. She also holds the role of Interim Board Secretary, contributing her experience, integrity, and spiritual insight to organizational leadership and governance.

Kristin Larson

Kristin Larson is a creative entrepreneur based in Elgin, Illinois, and the owner of Lavishly Loved Media. She brings extensive experience supporting nonprofit organizations through strategic marketing, public relations, event planning, and fundraising initiatives. Through her work with HHMS Transportation, Kristin has developed strong ties to the Battle Creek, Michigan community. A firm believer in putting family first, Kristin is a proud mother of two sons. Her eldest, Omari Larson, is a college student at Illinois State University, and her youngest, Banibal Hanna, is a bright, intelligent, sweet, and funny nearly nine-year-old who brings constant joy and inspiration to her life. Guided by the belief that her main mission in life is to make other people’s lives better, Kristin is a dedicated volunteer and collaborative leader. She is known for her innovative ideas, compassionate leadership, and unwavering commitment to supporting mission-driven organizations and creating meaningful, lasting community impact.

Natonya Gathright
South Bend, IN
Natonya Careta Gathright born in Benton Harbor, MI to the late Rev. Nathaniel (Margaret) Gathright. After graduating from Eau Claire High School she moved to South Bend, IN. After a divorce Natonya walked away from corporate America and decided to begin a tenure in education. She received her bachelor’s in business administration with a minor of Organizational Leadership at Bethel University. Hen walking education in 2018 she started her educational tenure as a Rally Room Supervisor and Volleyball coach. In 2020-2021 school year she became a middle school science teacher. In 2020 she decided to continue her education to obtain a Master of Education with a concentration of school administration. Natonya loves every child that she has ever worked with. In the spare time she has she is working on establishing an organization for young ladies and mothers in the community that will include all ages. This organization will help build the confidence, professionalism, and character for young ladies despite ethnicity, religious belief and culture. She feels as if every young lady deserves to be who and what they want to be. She is know for her hugs, love and sincere heart. She is the loving mother to two wonderful daughters, Moriah and Morrissa Love.
