Brittney R. Dowdy is a Michigan-based community leader, communications professional, and passionate advocate for youth, families, and underserved communities. With over 20 years of experience across administrative leadership, quality and compliance support, transportation services, and media production, Brittney brings a rare blend of professional excellence and heart-centered service toeverything she does.A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Brittney is the founder of Britdow Productions, a media and outreach platform that amplifies faith-based inspiration, community storytelling, and youth empowerment. Through podcasting, digital media, and live events, Britdow Productions serves as a voice for hope, resilience, and purpose. Brittney is also the co-founder of B&B Blitz, a mother-son youth sports and mentorship initiativecreated alongside her son, Bentley A. Dowdy. What began as a local effort to expose more children to organized sports and professional athletic experiences has grown into large-scale community events, camps, and partnerships that have impacted hundreds of families. Her advocacy has helped organize free youth sports teams, mentorship games with first responder's and trips for children to experience Major League Baseball and other professional sports environments.
